Not terrible but nothing really to new or exciting to the already rich mythos of FMA. Props to Vic though, I know he loves palying this character and he does do a phenominal job.
Second, I think it was a fair and objective review. The movie has good presentation quality but the story didn't really sit well. That's what offs me about most mainstream anime today. It's all either redundant, contrived, or just trying to prove something it shouldn't. That's bullshit.
